On the ground floor in the internal patio-yard among green trees on Hollan Erno st., near Szent Istvan Korut avenue, at 200m from the Danube River at Margit Sziget (Margit island), this apartment is located in a decent neighborhood, close to Nyugati railway station and the biggest shopping mall of Budapest - the "Westend City Center" (350m), at 400m from the Hungarian Parliament building.
The trolleybus line stops in front of the building, the tram stations are at 150-200m and the metro station (M3) at "Nyugati" is at 350m from the apartment.
