The apartments are comfortable, very centrally located, at walking distance from most of the historical sites and tourist attractions, close to most interesting spots of Budapest, such as the Hungarian Parliament, the new and Budapest's biggest shopping mall "Westend City Center", the State Opera House, the Oktogon Square, the famous pedestrian street "Vaci utca", the Margit Island, the Danube River Promenade, the Market Hall, as well as many fine restaurants, pubs and bars.

General Remark

We pay special attention to offer our guests clean and well maintained apartments, located in decent buildings in safe areas of the city center.

Additional information:

The check-in time is 14:00 PM, but if the apartment is ready, then you can check-in earlier.
The check-out time is 11:00 AM, but if the apartment is not taken for the same day, then you can stay in the apartment for a late check-out free of charge.

A key deposit of 100 Euro per apartment is requested, which will be returned to you by the apartment manager when you return the keys on your departure. The deposit should be paid together with the rental fee in cash at your arrival to the apartments.

Means of reservation

In order to finalize your reservation we require either credit card or money transfer for the first 3 nights (minimum stay) to our bank account (details to be sent to you by e-mail if you prefer this option).

If you prefer the credit card option, then in order to finalize your reservation we require the followings:

Your credit card will not be charged, but only in case you do not arrive or you do not cancel your arrival at least 7 days prior your scheduled arrival.

Remark:

The credit card is only for reservation purposes. The payment itself should be done in cash at your arrival to the apartment.

Airport pick-up and drop-off service

We provide this service through 2 private drivers who make it on a constant basis for us. The total cost per car up to 4 people is 20 Euro each way, for 5 people is 25 Euro and for 6 people is 30 Euro (to be paid directly to the driver), instead of 9.50 Euro or 2,300 Hungarian Forint per person with the Airport Minibus Service, which also take more time to get to the apartment, because it makes first a tour to deliver the passengers to the hotels. The driver will wait for you inside the terminal, at the exit from the baggage claim hall, with a small white board in his hands with the name "YOUR NAME" on it. He will help you with the luggage and take you directly to the apartment.

If you carry a mobile phone with you, then please send me the number and please open it after landing in Budapest. It might be helpful in coordinating your meeting with the driver and your arrival to the apartment.

Parking

If you arrive by car - there are many guarded parking places near the apartment. In most places in the city center of Budapest the parking in the main streets is free starting Saturday at 13:00 until Monday 8:00 morning.

Usually, the parking is free in the front of these apartments. Since it is the very center of the city, near each apartment there are many guarded parking lots. The cost of the parking in these parking places is approx. 6-12 Euro per night (at Hotel Radison Beke, it is a underground guarded parking and it costs approx. 10 Euro per 24 hours of unlimited exits).

Guided tours

We offer "tailored" guided tours within the city of Budapest and outside the city with English speaking guides. The Ford Galaxy elegant minivan has air-conditioning and comfortably can serve parties of up to 6 people.

For larger groups, minibuses (11-15 seats) are also available.
